Terms of Service

Legal entity status: This service is operated by an individual who has not yet registered a legal entity. No company name, registered address, or governing jurisdiction has been established. These terms are provided as a statement of operating policy and are not a binding legal contract between a registered entity and you. The operator must supply the entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone. Once a legal entity is registered, these terms will be updated accordingly.

What this service is

Httpfind is a diagnostic tool that scans HTTPS URLs for mixed content — subresources loaded over plain HTTP that cause browsers to display a "not fully secure" indicator. It is provided as-is for informational purposes.

What it does not do

• It does not modify or rewrite any web page or resource.
• It does not store, cache, or log the URLs submitted for scanning on our servers. Scan results are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only if you use the app page — see our Privacy Policy for details.
• It does not require user accounts, passwords, or registration.
• It does not send email, notifications, or alerts of any kind.
• No payment processor is connected. The pricing page checkout is a demonstration only.

Acceptable use

You may use Httpfind to scan any public HTTPS URL. You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for the purpose of denial-of-service, harassment, or abuse of any host.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the scanning infrastructure.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law.

Service limitations

Httpfind runs on Cloudflare Workers. The following limitations apply:

• It cannot scan hosts that are themselves behind Cloudflare (these report as unreachable).
• Pages larger than 10 MB cannot be scanned.
• Scan results reflect what the server returned at the time of the request; they are not a guarantee of a page's current state.
• The free tier is limited to 5 scans per day. There is no hard rate limit enforcement at this time, but the operator reserves the right to implement one.

Billing

Httpfind offers a paid Pro subscription. This section describes the billing terms that will apply once a payment processor is connected.

No payment processor is connected yet. The checkout on the pricing page is a demonstration. No real payment is taken, no account is created, and no subscription is started. These terms become effective when a payment provider is added and the pricing page checkout is activated for real charges.

What a Pro subscription includes

• Unlimited mixed-content scans per day.
• Scan history stored in your browser (localStorage), not on servers.
• CSV / JSON export (when built).
• Priority support (when a support channel is established).

Price and billing period

• Price: $7 per month.
• Billing period: Monthly, charged on the first day of each billing cycle.
• Payment method: Credit or debit card via Stripe. Your card is charged immediately upon subscription and at the start of each subsequent month.

Failed payments

• If a monthly charge fails (e.g. card declined, expired, insufficient funds), the payment processor will retry automatically up to three times over a period of approximately seven days.
• If all retries fail, access to Pro features will be suspended. Scan history (stored in your browser) is not affected, and you may continue using the Free tier.
• The subscription may be cancelled after repeated failure. No reactivation fee applies if you subscribe again.

Refund policy

• Because the service is provided on a usage basis and billed monthly, refunds are not offered for partial months. You may cancel at any time from within your account dashboard (once account functionality is built), and no further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
• If a technical defect in the scanning service prevents Pro features from functioning for more than 48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated refund for the affected period may be issued at the operator's discretion.
• To request a refund, contact the operator once a communications channel is established.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, Pro features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period and then revert to Free tier limits.
• Cancellation does not reverse charges already processed for the current period.

Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator makes no representation that scan results are accurate, complete, or current. Use of this service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
